QUESTIONS, ANSWERED.
What does “UGC-style” actually mean?
Our adverts look and feel like creator-shot social content — handheld energy, natural delivery, platform-native captions — but every creator in our built-in library is synthetic and clearly licensed for advertising. We never fabricate real customer experiences or reviews.
How do scene replacements work?
Your package includes a set number of creative replacements (three on Standard). If a scene is technically fine but you want a different take — new angle, calmer delivery, different room — replacing it uses one. We always show you the consequence before you confirm.
What happens if a scene fails technically?
Corrupt files, missing audio, wrong duration or frozen frames are our problem, not yours. Objective technical failures are retried behind the scenes and never use one of your creative replacements.
Who owns the finished advert?
You do. Once your project is complete you can download and run the exports in your paid social campaigns in line with our licence terms.
Can I use my own face or a real person?
Custom human creators are coming and will require a recorded rights-and-consent declaration from the person featured. At launch, the built-in synthetic creator library keeps things simple and safe.
How long does an advert take?
Script and storyboard are usually ready in minutes. Scene generation time varies with demand and quality tier — most Standard projects complete the same day, and you review scenes as they land rather than waiting for everything.
Do you add AI disclosure labels?
You choose. Export settings include an optional “AI-generated creator” disclosure and an ad label, and we recommend following your platform's current guidance.
Are any products off-limits?
Yes. We don't produce adverts for tobacco, weapons, gambling, adult content, political persuasion or medical claims without substantiation — and every script goes through a claims review before generation.
